About Royal Flooring
Founded in 2018, Royal Flooring serves Lexington and surrounding communities with a commitment to correct preparation, precise installation, and finished work that holds up to a closer look.
Our approach
A thoughtful sequence
Each project is different, but the work follows a consistent focus on the space, the materials, the preparation, and the final finish.
Begin with the room, the customer’s priorities, and the finished look the space should achieve.
Consider how flooring, tile, cabinetry-related finishes, trim, and surrounding surfaces will work together.
Address removal, leveling, repair, waterproofing, or other preparation supported by the project before installation begins.
Focus on measurements, layout, alignment, straight lines, and clean transitions throughout the work.
Complete the baseboards, transitions, edges, and final touch-ups that make the result feel intentional.

Whether the project starts with new flooring, a tile feature, a kitchen update, or a bathroom renovation, the first step is a clear conversation about the vision.
